12 Days!

I can hardly believe that it is only twleve days until my parents leave for China! I am sooooooo happy! And yet, I am sad at the same time. I guess it's kinda bittersweet! I am sad because I will be away from them for 2 whole weeks! I am happy because I get to be away from my dad... and in the mornings, he will use his "retarded voice" and he'll yell "BYE, HANNAH! BYE!" And I'll just walk faster until I know that I am out of the public eye. On the other bittersweet part of things, I have to stay with my nana. It is nice because I like staying with my nana. She is really fun. On the other hand, she is kinda erally strict. Well, I guess that's all for now!

Yay! Hooray! We got our TA!

YES!!!! The day has finally come! We got our travel approval! My mom and dad should be leaving in about 2 weeks and 3 days. (This is one time that I will actually READ a calendar!) Although I am happy that they are leaving in 2 weeks and everything, it will be hard taking care of a four year old who is just beginning to "branch out." And not in a good way. Boy, will I need therapy after this! Oh well, at least I will get the reward of seeing and holding the little boy we have been waiting for, for about a year! (Probably not that long but... ya know.) Anyways, PLEASE pray that me and my sister will hold up while my parents are in China! Thanks all! Hannah

Still no news...

Still no news about our travel approval. (I think that's what it's called) Anyways, still A LOT of stress with my mom's work and everything. At least it's only one more week until she can quit her job and stay home and take care of Kevin and everything! I am sooooo dissapointed! My friend volunteered to take me to see the most AWESOMEST movie ever! (Twilight) But, I can't go... my parents are both asleep. I'll just have to wait. The best things are worth waiting for. Still no news about the next piece of paperwork!(I'm not sure which one we are waiting on this time.) But I still hope we get it soon! Please pray for me and my family! I have some tests this week and my mom and dad are going to work and are having tension with that... (mostly my madre!) I am sooooo happy! Today is Wednesday! The middle of the week! (Hallelujah chorus) I cannot wait for FRIDAY! I get to go to a dance at my school and I am going with my FRIENDS! NO ONE ELSE BUT MY FRIENDS! Thanks for stopping by! Hannah

Oh my goodness! We finally got our letter today! My parents were reading it and it took 4 days for it to get here. Oh, but it was worth the wait! That means, that my parents are probably going to leave in 5 weeks or so. That also means that me and my sister will have to be seperated from them for 2 weeks total. Oh, how I hope that it will go smoothly. I'm feeling pretty good about Claire... I'm more worried about me! I hope that I won't be pulling my hair out the first 5 minutes that we're there. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY! God bless us everyone!

Hallelujiah!!! Praise the Lord!

God bless the adoption agency! They have blessed us by giving us such joyous news! They said that we are supposed to gte our letter this week! So that means (from what I've heard from mom) my mom and dad are probably going to China in the first week of March. I am so happy! I hope that it will come soon! ONCE AGAIN GOD BLESS THE ADOPTION AGENCY!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hello! Ni Hao, Bonjour, Hola... however you say it welcome to my blog! Today was Christmas and I must say... it was FANTASTIC! I got a new Nintendo ds and some games to go with it and some candy and some pencils and other miscellaneous items. Claire got a new Dora bicycle and a helmet and elbow/knee pads. And she also got LOTS of candy. And he even got something for KEVIN! - tear - He got him a big lheavy duty- like truck with some blocks in it and some gummie candies. My ferret got a ball that she can run around in. (She really just likes to sleep in it... ha ha.) And the dogs got raw hides and new collars and tags. They look rather dashing. For all of you people who celebrate Christmas, MERRY CHRISTMAS! I wish you all the best!
